The first time I WENT THERE, THEY WOULD NOT ACCEPT MY COUPON IN FACT THE PERSON SAID "I'm SOORY THOSE ARE EXPIRED". I HAD NOT... EVEN GIVEN THE COUPON TO THEM????? ANY WAY, THEY WOULD NOT ACCEPT IT BECAUSE IT WAS FOR A HIGHER COST SUB.?????? I DID NOTUNDERSTAND IT . THEY WERE NOT HELPFUL. I WENT BACK 2 DAYS AGO AND WITH A COUPON THEY TOLD ME THE SAME THING BUT THE GENTLEMANWAS VERY HEPLFUL AND EXPLAINED WHAT IT COVERS. I THANKED HIM GRACIOUSLY. HE WAS SO NICE. Read more

Ordered online to be ready at 11, kept checking the app to see if it was done and it just kept saying preparing your order. ... Finally at 1120 I went in to see why it still wasn't done and they had had it sitting on the back counter and just never thoughtto update the app to say it was ready. Food was cold and the order wasn't even right. Also customer service was trash, theydidn't say a single word to me except to tell me to go to the register when I asked about my order. Read more

Food is always good. But the staff, in this particular case, were all very VERY unfriendly. Stared, and shooshoo'd. Made me feel... really uncomfortable and rushed out. The 2 girls there and the guy were not made for customer service. Read more

The staff is polite and friendly. I had a mobile order. A young man was putting food out and asked the name on the order. He... came back behind the counter. He was sure to wash his hands before getting our order that was already made. I so appreciatecleanliness, especially during this pandemic. Read more

Ordered 3 chocolate chip cookies, got billed for them, did not receive them. Called location and told them they didn't give me... the cookies I paid for. They admitted they didn't give me the cookies but refused to compensate me for having to drive back topick them up. Not even one extra cookie. They said their food prices are low, I replied that my gas prices are high. I saidI would never buy from that location again and they hung up on me. Read more
