Just walked into your restaurant around 7:20 to be told that they were closed despite your website and the door reading that... they?re open until 8 PM. As they were telling me, both employees burst into laughter and told me that they could not fix myfood. I questioned them, and they stood by their story that they were closed already for the night. It?s pretty horriblecustomer service and I wouldn?t be shocked if your store is consistently closing early every night, you might wanna check intothat. Read more

I went into this location and the employee behind the counter said I couldn?t use the restroom because they didn?t want to clean... it. It was off limits because a different customer hours before I arrived had left it a mess. I ask if it was unserviceable andshe said ?no? ?I just don?t want to clean it again? I was dressed nicely and clean and she treated me poorly. I just wanted towash my hands before I ordered my meal. I wouldn?t eat at this location if you paid me. The subway in Hammond Air shopping center surprisingly has the best employees. I say surprisingly because you rarely see a store... full of teenagers running the place better than others that are run by adults with more experience. I don't go often but eachtime was the same experience with a different set of teenagers. I'm glad to see them taking pride in their work even for minimumwage. Every one of the employees at that subway deserve a raise (and lots of tips). Read more
EVERYTIME I go into this subway, the manager is always RUDE. Like no one told you to work here sis. It?s 12:15 (lunch time) and... you only have you and one other person working... and when I mention your drinks are out at the fountain you tell me YOU ain?tgot time to change it to pick something else. Like...1. If I?m paying for something, imma get what I want. 2. ITS LUNCH TIME,SCHEDULE MORE PEOPLE! 3. Ole dude that was in there with you was just standing around not doing anything, maybe train him how tochange the drinks. We ordered 2 footlong subs this evening. Our subs were poorly made. The worst subs we ever had. The person who made our... sandwiches seemed like he didn?t want to be there and barely added topics on our sandwiches. Very unhappy with the customer?sservice as well!!! The door was lock sign says 8 pm it was 7:15 pm. I pulled the door guy made eye contact with me. I ask was closed he turn away I... pulled again he made eye contact again, then walked away. I called he answer I asked what time do they closed he said 7:40.
