Terrible customer service. First off, the two ladies behind the counter didn't greet me since they were too busy with their... conversation, and when it was time for me to leave I waited for the lady who helped me (didn't get her name) to give me myreceipt, but instead she went and helped with the next customer without saying anything. My sandwich was yummy! But the customerservice was terrible. Do better, Subway. Read more
The food is freshly made. But their drinks are flat and it take awhile to get your order because there isn't many workers on... hand. But your order will be made right. Also, I like the outside seating minus no top over it. Read more
The employees are very nice. They do there best to make sure your order is exactly the way you want it. The dining room is clean... (which is HUGE in my book). The associate that served my husband and took her time to explain things that we were confusedabout. You would have never known there were any other customers but us in the restaurant. Read more
The employee was rude when asked about the sat-sun bogo. Said they didn't know anything about it, & if there were any such... promotion there would be people lined up out the door( Basically called me a liar even after I showed her my receipt from anorder gotten previously that evening). She called whom she said was the store owner of both locations and she too knew nothingof the promotion including the location that I got the bogo. Nice clean and cheap and quick
No one washed their hands the 30 min I was there, the lady making my sandwich was chewing gum and popping bubbles over my... sandwich, she also leaned over to reach and her whole upper body shirt and all brushed over my sandwich. I have ordered the samething a few times and it's always a different price. They seem frustrated to have to be there. Read more
