Usually a decent place, but lately the training is lacking. Example order the Cafe Vanilla Frappuccino. The same window cashier... who handed me one yesterday with whip told me today that it doesn't normally come with. If I ask for whip at the order screen Iam told the drink cones with it but every 3rd time or so they refuse to put it on unless asked. Read more
Quick service, friendly baristas, and clean shop. It's usually cold in here so bring a jacket if you get cold easily.
Do better! This location is charging more for the same drink compared to 2 major cities $4.25 vs $2.95 (NYC where I lived for 10... years, Chicago and Oakbrook). Not to mention the states ridiculous sales tax. I was told they were out of peach tranquility teabut could substitute with peach juice. Why did the cashier attempt to charge me for the substitution?? I get in the car and tomy dismay, no peach juice! I visit family once a year and was treated poorly at this location in addition to paying more thanback home. I went over to the Starbucks inside Barnes and Nobles on Perkins Rowe and the tea was $3.80(why is this location soexpensive) Never again! Hire workers who know how to make the drinks! I?ve ordered this tea for over 2 years and peppermint wasalways included. How do I come here and I?m told the drink doesn?t come with it?? So, every SB in the Chicagoland and NYC metroarea makes this drink incorrectly but lil old BR is correct in addition to charging crazy prices for tea?!? I won?t return? Read more

But recently completely changed the seating so that there are no more... comfortable padded chairs, only terrible hard ones; and far less seating in general, especially seating by outlets. Clearly an?F you? move to students, writers, and people needing a spot to work, in favor of higher customer turnover (despite the factthat there was ALWAYS still seating for people who weren?t there to work?)
