Terrible. Very slow even when you order ahead on the app. There should be 0 reason that when I order ahead on the app that I?m... still waiting after I get there for more than 10 minutes to get my order. After waiting for a long time in a lane with the red button, someone finally came on and told me to go to drive thru. There was... a car in front of me and it took a long time to take their order. When I pulled up to place my order, I waited for a longer timethan acceptable only to be told that they were not taking any more orders. I literally spent almost 15 mins with no one evertaking my order. I drove to the Baker location and have ordered and passed back by this location in less time than I spentwaiting for nothing. This is not the first time something like this has happened. Do better please! Read more
