Look I know I did not see it happen buuuut I got 2 of the same flavors but different sizes. Well they messed up and gave me 2... 20oz instead of 1 20oz and 1 32oz. Soooo I showed them the receipt and they said okay pull around to the front and I'll bringyou another one. It seem very likely because of the lack in flavor of the "new" one that they just reblended the 20oz with moreice and put it in a bigger cup. 1 the cup wasn't full and 2 the flavor was definitely less than the first. This is a FIVE STAR RATING purely because of the hard worker Arielle. She is alone in this smoothie king right now and she is... doing FANTASTIC. Has a drive thru line 4 cars deep, had a few people inside and has been just nonstop going going going pumpingout smoothies, and she has a great attitude while she?s doing it. Checked my receipt, they got the smoothie wrong. No big deal i think, i say this to the short haired brunette kid and he didn?t... even mention it to anyone else, just did a halfway glance and lied to my face that they put in the order right. One taste and iknew they didn?t. Go to the one on highland these people will straight up lie to you. Read more

staff and customer service USED to be freaking amazing. I loved going, now it sucks. I've never seen a place plummet so bad... because of a few changes in staff. I had some young black girl speak to me like I was garbage today over a misunderstandingabout a question I had about 5$ Fridays. Which as it turns out the particular shake I order used to be 5$ but is now 6$. I askedfor the management to begin with on the beginning of the of the call and got someone who said managers weren't in at the moment.That,s all fine and dandy but this girl had absolutely no business trying to handle something as working out with me a simplecommunication as she told me I needed to Be quiet. What? 3 years plus of loyalty to this place because of staff but I will neverreturn to this store again and will also warn all of my friends to take the extra minute to go to another one. Read more

Extremely sweet smoothies. I went twice and asked for not added sugars, however I ended up disappointed. I don't think they use... real fruit but syrups and juices; specially if you ask for blueberry. I don't recommend it. We are in great need of a smoothieplace that uses real fruit and not syrups and concentrate. :-( Read more
