Great tacos and drinks for a home owned restaurant...omg The Dynamite taco is a special treat. The Prickly Pear is my new... favorite Margarita. Taco Tuesday specials are legit! I love all the different tacos available and that the specials include all tacos not just... certain ones!I had the paper and the scissors. Both were good but a little salty for me. It was a good amount of food and thesalsa was actually spicy which I like! The service was great! Someone at our table was a vegetarian and she had some beef inher queso. The chef that night came out and personally apologized profusely. We all really appreciated his concern about thesituation. Besides it being a bit noisy due to the acoustics of the building (at the time of my experience) everything was great. I would... say it's kind of unconventional upon entry/welcoming, too. There are 2 hostess stands to the left and right which we weregreeted very kindly at and asked if it was our first time being there. The menu was quickly reviewed with us by the hostess andwe were told to order then sit where we wanted. Well, I felt in the way standing in the "doorway" trying to figure out what Iwanted as others started entering the restaurant and even wondered if we were going to have anywhere to sit by the time wedecided even though we were there (in line) first. Off we went....with our trophy style table number stand/flag! The servicewas super fast....Awesome! Our appetizer met us at the table. Literally. Soon after there was our nicely presented main course.Yay! We had the Taco and the Boom tacos and an order of Taquitos (minus lettuce, pico de gallo, and drizzled avocado ranchbecause of allergies) along with chips/salsa/queso. I tried the Cocorita margarita, too. All of this was d'lish!! The margaritawasn't strong but didn't need to be. We definitely liked the queso while the salsa although good was....salsa. The beef on theTaco is uniquely flavored/seasoned. The shrimp were perfect. Everything was fresh! The breading of the taquitos is so good anddifferent from any other I've had. Crispy. Light. We recommend this place to everyone. Service was amazing and food was just as good. If we were rating this place on a scale... from 1-10 it would be a 9 1/2 only because they don't have liquor liscence yet. We will definately be a regular here. LOVEDIT.... Read more
A great deal of variety here, taco-wise. I've eaten here a couple of times and have been pleasantly surprised by the quality and... quantity of the food. Prices are reasonable. Below are the before and after pictures of my meal. Enough said! Flavor is fantastic! RPT salsa and the beef had heat, but it... wasn't obnoxious. This WAS the ground beef 2 taco combo. Ground beef is one of 23 different taco offerings. Since it is "TacoTuesday" the combo is discounted. The wife and I went to check this place out to see what it was about. We loved the variety of tacos. They were full of flavor... and were a decent size. The atmosphere was legit and the staff was friendly and welcoming. We only had positive things to sayafter we left. This is definitely our new taco spot. Read more
