I ordered through the drive thru. My offer had all white meat. I ordered mixed. Jalapenos were missing and so we're my apple... pies. I called to let the manager know what happened. No answer! So I drive back up to the store. Two managers were present makeand female. The Jake manager told the female manager he didn't want to deal with me. The cashir asked me what was sitting. Itold him. The female manager comes over. Yes, she was rude! So the young Lady that took my order on drive fixed the order. Onlyto give me cold biscuits and red beans. Needles to say they were the same ones on my previous order. She apologized and handedme my food. I felt the biscuits they were cold as I thought. I asked for hot biscuits. The drive thru cashier asked her if thebiscuits were fresh? She lied! I over talked her about the lie she told. I was given hot biscuits thankfully. I met the storemanager at this location and some of the crew she has there. They're very nice and pleasant. I don't know what happened to hernight shift. Well, I won't be back! I came around brunch time and was served by Ms. Valencia. I ordered the two piece combo and in the matter of 5 minutes I... received my food. Ms. Valencia had a great personality and her multitasking skills were shown off as she was very helpful withgrabbing all my condiments while taking care of another customer on the register. I had to stop by Popeyes for the five piece for $6.99. Chicken was hot, seasoned and fresh. I also ordered fries, dirty rice and... biscuit. Biscuit was as usual; one of the best. Didn't feel I received enough for the buck as with red beans/ rice. Fries werenot made fresh. Staff were average, but I don't expect super friendliness from people at these times. The worst restaurant ever! Chicken cold, orders always wrong, ghetto staff always with attitudes! One night I witnessed a... bunch of the workers at the one off Sherwood Forest Blvd in BR, playing in the lobby while the cars were wrapped around thebuilding, and another time a verbal altercation with a customer in line. Please close them and replace them with Golden Chick,our choice from now on! We have complained constantly about the poor service, and it gets worse! Repeated this... twice I get home after a 12 hour shift in the rain and this is what I have A mess. And there is no sense in calling the managerthey never do anything anyway.
