Didnt have my fries or biscuits. With my 2 can dine. Then the chicken was dried out so much tasted old. Then they didn't give me... a receipt. I also didn't get my drink. Because somebody was mopping and got juice on the machine or something the lady said. Read more
Unfortunately, the classic fastfood cliche. Ordered through drive thru: 5 piece chicken combo and sandwich combo. We should... have checked our food before leaving but turns out we were missing the sandwich combo. $20 for the entire order. We got a fewrewards for submitting a complaint and went back to use the rewards. Again, we were missing a biscuit so had to ask for it atthe counter before leaving. Read more
Sunday, 12:15pm. Went through the drive-thru. They made us pull forward to wait for our normal meal. After 10 or 15 minutes, I... finally went in to get the food. Consistently the worst food service I've ever experienced. The chicken is good if they get your order right. Other than that,... the wait times are excessive. Today I waited over 30 minutes for an order I placed online despite the drive through line beingcompletely empty (see attached picture). They had asked me to pull over and wait. Orders are consistently wrong or missingitems. Today my order was missing multiple sides and sauces. I didn't see this until I got home. Given how long I had to waitfor my order in the first place, going back for the rest of my order was out of the question. I want to patronize this locationsince I enjoy the food and it's close to where I live. But with consistently bad experiences over the past I just can't bringmyself to go here anymore. Love me some Popeyes!!!! This location is the worst ever. I have been there three times and they have yet to correctly fill my... order. The food quality is also lacking compared to other locations. The staff is rude, lazy, and unwilling to rectify aproblem. They made me feel like I was asking them to move a mountain when I asked them to replace the spicy chicken with themild that I ordered. This location needs some attention..... staff...food quality..... cleanliness....the list goes on. Shameon them. Read more
I use the drive through. Even when there are several cars in line, it goes quick. That's why I didn't answer the atmosphere... question. My wife loves the spicy chicken, she says the pieces are getting smaller, and I agree. Read more
