This happened a couple of weeks ago but I?m just now getting around to posting the review. We ordered online, both the site and... Google maps said they were open. They called us told us they were closed, an hour and a half ahead of what it said. Alright,that?s fine, things happen, I get that. However, when we asked about getting a refund since we had already paid online the ladyon the phone was very rude and acted as if we were wasting her time. Gotta say the old menu that included breakfast pitas was a lot better. Them being open until 4am was nice too. What?s going on... guys? Sherwood location permanently closed? I don?t understand. This is the only place I don?t mind spending $9 or $10 on asandwich. Read more
I had an Uber eats order to pick up and I got there at 10:30pm and the sign said they closed at midnight but the doors were... locked and the so called manager ignored me for awhile and then finally yelled through the door that she did not have my orderand I had to cancel the order for customer. Really lazy and pathetic customer service in my opinion and I?m quite infuriatedthat this establishment caused me to miss out on money and upset my customer. There was no reason for them to have the doorslocked nearly two hours before the posted closing time. Read more

Great location close to LSU and downtown baton rouge always clean and staff is always presentable. Food was prepared fresh and... accurately staff was very friendly and prices are extremely reasonable for something so tasty and fresh. Read more
?? My experience was pretty difficult with the evening crew. The service was fine. I was not alerted about there were not any... rice in my rice bowl. I called later that day and believe Dylan answered the phone told me to come down and help out mysituation / problem. I came back down later that night after work to show the food and all with photos. Both Dylan & Rileyassisted me and made the situation better and had great customer service. My food was wonderful and made me aware that not anyrice was made for the day.
