I ordered online but kept getting an error message so when I got to the restaurant I asked them if they had my order and they... said no. So I said OK, no big deal I?ll go ahead and place an order. The cashier walked away but she was turning a couple piecesof chicken on the grill so I thought she just needs to turn that chicken so it doesn?t burn and then she?ll be back. There weretwo other ladies there. One seemed to be a cook and the other seem to be a manager. So then the cashier walks out of the backarea to take some food to someone at a table and then whips out her phone and starts talking to this woman about something onher phone. The manager, who is leaning against the counter, asked me if I need to place an order and I say yes. So instead oftaking my order, she turns around and looks at the woman who has walked away in the middle of her shift, and tells her to comeback and take my order. The woman out in the lobby just continues to talk to her friend. So I wait, wait, wait, and after like10 minutes of waiting the manager, who is still leaning against the counter, nor the cashier, nor the chef, never take my order.So I gave up and walked out the door in tears. I have been trying to eat healthy but decided I wanted a big juicy burger for lunch. This wasn't it. It was like a McDonald's... happy meal size. Only it cost about 5 times as much. But it was as bland and tasteless. I must have literally got the bottom ofthe barrel of fries. Not a single fry was longer than a half inch and they were chewy and cold. I tried to get the attention ofthe person delivering food. But she never looked my way. Then I thought I would take the meal back to the counter. But theline was too long to let cold, get colder. Food is delicious when you eat there, but they ALWAYS mess up to-go orders. If you don't check your bag, you WILL be missing any... extras that you may have ordered. I've also gotten a completely wrong burger on more than one occasion. I don't have thepatience to unpack and unwrap a burger to make sure it is correct before leaving. Ordered Waitr from this location. Got 2 combos that SHOULD have come with 2 drinks. The Waitr driver even asked the person she... picked the food up from if there were any drinks and was told NO. The driver called the restaurant to see how they wanted tohandle it. The employee asked to talk to me. She then insinuated that I was lying about ordering drinks. She then told me ifI wanted my drinks (THAT I PAID FOR AND PAID TO HAVE DELIVERED) that I could drive to the restaurant, bring my receipt and getthem. I asked to speak to a manager because of the rude way she was talking to me. She put the phone down and never came backto the phone. I waited for ten minutes and then gave up. This place used to be a nice place to eat with family. My hubby and I brought our 1yr old to eat here. The room was dark and no... one was up front. A man said someone would be with us, and 5 minutes later a woman came out the back cursing and rolled hereyes. We looked at each other in the EMPTY restaurant, let the two guys behind us go ahead, and we left. We went and found adifferent place to eat. Sad to see this place die it used to be nice.
