Ultimate customer service fail. District Manager, you need to come to assess the horrible customer service at this particular... location. Customers, if you want to be belittled and laughed at by employees at this location then by all means, have fun. EDIT:8/25/22 8:34 am. I returned the cold and hard food that was sold to me at the drive-thru. I asked for fresh food and minuteslater the cashier gave me the exact same bag of food, as if I wouldn't notice. We haven't been getting fast food much lately and I realize why. The hamburger that I ordered had obviously been sitting around... for a while instead of being made fresh. It was moderately nasty. No more fast food for me! Read more
The size of the big mac was the same diameter a kids meal happy meal burger........as wendys use to say where is the beef?....go... across the street and buy a double burger from chili's.....same costs.....but realistic sizing.......plus free apetiizer andfries for 9 bucks......no brainer........ They didn't seem to believe someone could want a hamburger with no cheese, plain, just meat and bread only. The Manager said I... should've said, "Plain." I told him I did say that, as well as, "No cheese, meat and bread only." He was nice about it andlaughed when I told him no one ever believes I want UNSWEET tea either. People often try to correct me. This McDonald's did getthat part right! ???????? The line was slow, but we liked that they had a third window to pick up from so employees didn't haveto go outside if they ask you to pull up. Read more
