Received wrong sandwich at drive through. Have about 60% chance of getting correct order on any given visit, it seems.. Staff... not very friendly. About same as other McDonald's in Baton Rouge though. Management needs to step up their game rather thanjust raise prices for mediocre food. Read more

No customer service. They ignore the people inside the restaurant. I had an issue with my card at the kiosk and no one would... come check me out which means my food wasn't being made. After waiting long enough for the person I was with to finish theirmeal I just left. Never again. Read more
This was my first time eating inside this McDonald's. Wow!! The sitting area in between the glass windows was filty. I managed... to find a table where I brushed off the food crumbs. The more l looked around the disgusting it looked. The floors were filtywith dirt and dead bugs. The ceiling had cobwebs in the corners. The room looked liked it had not been cleaned in days. Worst mcdonalds in the city. Lines are always around the building, employees act as if your inconveniencing them by coming to... the store and it always takes about 20 mins plus to get anything. And if you go inside they ignore you and if you try to use thekiosk they say "It dont work" ....all 4 of them....This place needs a major employee rehaul...its as bad as it gets... Read more
