HORRIBLE! Today is National Coffee Day and Krispy Kreme sent me an email that said they offered free coffee today. So I thought... it was the perfect opportunity for me try their coffee. I went there right after work. It took me 35 mins to get there. I wasexcited to do something for myself. I pulled up to the drive through. I said hi and said I was there for the free coffee sinceit is National Coffee Day. The woman taking my order didn?t greet me at all. She said she didn?t understand me. I repeated whatI said. She kept saying she didn?t understand me, but not in a nice way. And said ?Drive around?. So I did. I said the samething for a third time. You should?ve seen how she looked when I said that. She looked so unpleasant when she heard I wantedfree coffee. She brought the coffee, I said thank you. She didn?t say anything at all. 0 CUSTOMER SERVICE. It was not worth thedrive. Absolutely love this place. Great memories from my childhood. Still the best donuts I've ever had in my life. My kids love them... too. And I always get a lot of love everytime I come here. I drive from Lafayette to Baton Rouge just to get thesedonuts. Update (2022): years later and I finally got to see the new building. It's nice. And I will still drive from Lafayetteto Baton Rouge at 4am on a random day to get my favorite childhood donuts. Read more
Man I miss this place. Don't get me wrong Meche's donuts is still the one beat. The melt in your mouth goodness that is Krispy... Kreme comes very close to up-seating the Donut King. I popped in to get my free dozen as my birthday reward. My son couldn'twait and scarfed down a couple before we were out the door. I advise to register on the app and get those rewards. Read more
Went in to pick up some donuts. Had a problem with the Krispy Kreme app. The manager there Angricat was very helpful. ... Actually got a better deal than I expected. I know now why they made her the manager?. She is first class in customer service.Didn?t have that type of service with other employees on previous visits. Mr.White! This location is great, we get 20+ dozen and 2-4 coffee carafs every Friday morning and never an issue. The team... works well together as you can see through the glass and the place is clean as a hospital. Great job B.R Krispy Kreme Team! Read more
Tonight I ordered two dozens. One with glaze and the other with 6 raspberry filled and the other 6 with strawberry sprinkles... since they didn?t have anything I wanted. I get all the way home and low and behold my order was wrong. I didn?t get anyraspberry filled, instead I received 6 custard filled. Tried calling them and of course no answer. The company should have leftthis place closed. Since the new building has been up the orders are always wrong and they never have what?s on the menu!! Read more
Love the fancy new building! They have the tastiest, most beautifully glazed donuts. I like how they lay them out flat In a box... so that the glaze doesn?t get all cracked and broken. Most other donut shops just throws them in a bag. They have a lot of greatspecialty donuts and filled ones too. I really do love the new building though. For some reason I feel safer than the old one.Everything is all clean and shiny and smells nice...- kinda like their glazed donuts. Read more
