Today I ordered lunch for the family at Jimmy John?s on third street in downtown Baton Rouge. However the delivery time and... overall situation was atrocious. The guy was a complete jerk and actually said to me that I was not his only customer thenproceeded to flip me the bird as he turned to leave. True story. Unbelievable. Never, ever again. Shameful. Very disappointed with this location today!!!! As much as I craved my sandwich, I was not pleased with them fulfilling the... orders of 3 people who ordered AFTER me yet received their sandwich?s BEFORE me. Then when I asked for my refund, the attitude Ireceived was as if I was out of line for asking for my money back.
