Below is what I used tonsay about Highland Road Jimmy John's. The food is still yummy. My problem is the price. Too high for... a daily thing. "Great big sandwiches. Subway and Quizno's have forgotten that quality AND quantity count. Tasty food foundhere." Read more

I go to Jimmy Johns whenever I get the chance. I usually order a sandwich or sub to take on the plane. I also order a sub for... the road when I drive to other states. Jimmy Johns reminds me of New Jersey hoagie sandwiches. Yum. Read more

So I never came to this one before. Usually I go to essen or Coursey but I left essen and had to run an errand.. Came here and... baby when I tell you that bread was so tough and old I couldn't even chew through it. I'm not kidding OK so maybe the breadshard... Let me pick at it bc I'm starved... The turkey was dry and crumbley. I never had issues at other locations but this wasalmost inedible. For 3 stars solely for the coke being good and the time of service was rather quick. Employee was nice. That'sit. Read more

The food is always fresh ,beyond that the music inside is way too loud ,the employees are yelling to hear each other because the... music is too loud and its annoying. I seldom eat inside because of this. Would be nice to have the option of a hot sandwichwithout raising the prices, the prices are already a little high. Read more

By far the most inconsistent and mistake-prone Jimmy John?s location I?ve been to in almost 20 states. I have lived here a year... and have had no less than four mistakes to single sandwich orders. The mistakes may be as simple as forgetting to add or removesomething, or to cut the sandwich in half. I don?t know what the problem with this franchised location, but there is one. Howcome I?ve never had a single mistake at any other location I?ve been to? Jimmy John?s is my absolute favorite sandwich chainand I?ve never had a problem anywhere but here. Maybe management and ownership will take notice. Read more
