For almost $12 the only thing worth consuming was the coca cola. I'd rather of had a McDonalds burger, which is saying alot b/c... I am not a fan. The curly fries should have at least been an offset but sadly not. They were not fresh and not savory. I don'tthink ketchup could have saved them. Bad oil? Don't go near this place! I waited in a 40 minute line of only 4 cars (can't get out of their drive to leave). When I paid for... my order, I was told 5 minutes later that they didn't have the chicken strips that I ordered so I told them to just substitutenuggets. Waited forever while they started cooking and then gave me cold nuggets and badly burnt fries. Read more
Jack in the Box? More like JUNK in the Box. The experience was horrible. First, the dining room was closed. Second, the menu... board was half missing. They were out of so much stuff (salads, buttermilk sauce, etc). Then they produce a sub-par burger (seephoto). The fries were old and the jalapeño poppers were dry. We ordered 4 different sandwiches and two of them had no sauceon them. If I could give ZERO stars, I would. Read more
Sad to say I wasn?t even ordering any food for me but I was ubering and brought a couple there to get them some food ?..they had... a line but not to bad but when the lady started ordering her food it was obvious the lil girl taking the order had a badattitude????so they ordered tacos the lil girl taking the order said,?they?re frozen ?so that?s why she couldn?t get them. We Order four order of two tacos and we waited 20 minutes and when we got the tacos there was only two orders of tacos but we... payed for four order! This is the second time we came and we ordered tacos and it took a long time get! If the owner is readingthis you need to stop saying sorry what you should do is Pay attentions of your employees and what they do and how there Serviceis!!! Read more
I will start off by saying I love Jack in the box. I am on a trip to Alabama from Texas and decided to stop at this location to... get me a Supreme croissant with a large vanilla ice coffee & some tiny tacos. Service was mediocre, the lady taking my orderseemed bothered as soon as I pulled up to the window. My iced coffee seemed more like milk with ice. Didn't get any napkins orketchup. She forgot my tiny tacos and when I mentioned it she seemed annoyed. Overall I would not recommend this particular jackin the box. Read more
10:30 p.m. Nov. 13,2022. Just drove in from Texas and were hungry. Since we haven't had Jack in the Box in a while, I thought... it would be a pleasant change. We pulled in and started to park, but the lady came to the window and motioned they were closed.So, we went through the drive thru where we were told over the speaker that they were "only doing door dash".
