Came here hoping for a good meal. I love Jack in the Box back home. It?s my favorite restaurant. Walked up to the dining room... and it?s locked. Some lady inside glares at me and I ask, ?are you closed?? She seemed to get agitated by my question but Iasked again if they are open. She yells, ?drive through? and walks off. Me and my family get back in our car and decide to goto a different Jack in the Box (another bad experience) because we were afraid they may do something to our food. Read more
I ordered the grilled chicken salad and the chicken was like rubber. It was Not Grilled and it didn't taste like CHICKEN! I WILL... NOT VISIT JACK IN THE BOX AGAIN AND I WILL NOT advise my family and friends to visit. That was an expensive experience for theTRASH ?????!! Read more
Placed a door dash order, after 30 mins of waiting in line and after remaking the food they tell my dasher someone else picked... up the order. When the dasher asked for a receipt the story then became they don?t have the order in their system. I triedcalling the store to figure out what the issue was and after several attempts they failed to even pick up the phone. Completelypoor service and professionalism. I?ll spend my money elsewhere. In the drive thru right now... The ONLY thing they had to drink is iced coffee & lemonade... I get to the window and ask what's... up, they have NO CO2 for the drinks & have already sold out of sweet tea & apparently don't know how to make more! I asked for aroot bear minus the CO2 and got the drink...the mix is off but, better than lemonade, coffee or nothing... But it was $2.19 fora SMALL!!! Obviously that's the money maker but there's no CO2?! It's a shame this staff is having to deal with shortages likethis! Just tried the Tacos... Sad & Gross... Should have known by the look of it... Every time I come here we spend at LEAST 30 minutes in the drive thru. There?s always just one person making and preparing the... food alone. They hardly have everything available. Don?t risk waiting just to get to the window and they tell you they don?thave what you want. When you do get your food it?s usually good tasting. Other times it?s garbage, it?s a hit or miss honestly. Read more
Terrible customer service. The managers are very rude and the other employees are just disrespectful. I asked for a manager and... they walked away for ten minutes before coming back and saying they couldn?t help me. They refused to give me the store numberand I lied about how I could get it. I would rate a zero if I could. The food might come right 1/10 times and is almost alwayseither over cooked or raw. Read more
I had to throw my food away. My bag was SOAKED in grease. All the packaging was drenched in grease. The line was entirely too... long to address the issue but man I was disappointed. I loved this location, it was the only reason I ate JITB. I guessmanagement changed or something but my food was so cold it was unbelievable. It was not safe for me to eat it. Just look at thephotos. Man they don't know what they have with this hot chocolate frozen shake thing it's the best of both worlds is chocolate vanilla... just twisted kind of oh and it has little speckles of sugar in it it's amazing and I don't think I've ever seen that much freshlettuce and the cheese was actually physically present on the taco not melted like placed upon the taco perfectly not all nastyand greasy perfect like whoever made my food today I promise tonight you may you made my night because I was having a really badday and I was really depressed until I came here I was really feeling very very depressed so thank you very much Read more
