This is the first time I have eaten Couyons. Can I just say it is off the chain!!! Meat was tender, smoked to perfection. Sauce... is spicy but I like that. I had cole slaw and beans. Both are delicious. We bought the three meat plate. We chose ribs, chickenand sausage. They are all delicious. The guys at the truck are so nice. They are patient and helpful when trying to decidewhat you want. I will definitely make this a go to place for meals!!!! Read more

Finally got over to the Couyon's truck on this side of the Mississippi. Great service, employees were fun and have a sense of... humor. Add in the parking lot location that made it an outing more than a curbside pickup. We will be back for more great BBQ. Read more
