I stopped by to go get some food and the door was locked. So you lose my business. I wanted to sit down and enjoy some good old... churches because they closed the last one where Iam from in Richmond va down 5 years ago in 2017 so I guess no churches for me.This is why your brand is going out of business, you make it hard to order your food, and your food isn't that good, I justwanted it because of nostalgia, but it ain't that good so I'll go eat somewhere else Read more

Terrible service. Asked POLITELY for my order to be corrected and the person working drive thru rolled her eyes and continued to... complain loudly the entire time I was there about wanting to drop chicken instead of working drive thru because, apparently, apolite request is the limit for their patience. Y'all need to get your staff together. Read more

The chicken was tasty, but they were badly understaffed. Took almost 40 minutes to get order. Then, they got the side orders... wrong (no cole slaw) and forgot half the biscuits. Read more

I worked for McDonald's from Trainee to Assist Mgr. In East Texas and in New Orleans from 1976 until 1991...In that day when the... customer reached the counter or the drive thru their order was taken within two minutes and most times served within those twominutes unless the order was 'special'... I've visited this Churches Chicken location several times and most times the wait in a3 car line at drive thru is at least 10 to 15 minutes, just to place the order and then another ten minutes to be served... It'snot only Church's Chicken. Service today is lacking at all fast food restaurants.... From being on cell phones at point ofservice to chatting with coworkers, to just being apathetic about customer service is the impression, I get from the ordertakers... The manager used to drive service and that is another lacking component... In all fairness there are fast foodrestaurants that do strive for service utilizing two service lanes at high volume times and I do applaud their efforts. Read more

If you are understaffed and have to close early that's cool I completely understand but please put some kind of sign up in the... darn drive thru so that people can know, I just waited in a line for 30 minutes with six other vehicles for us all to bedissatisfied because unbeknownst to us the store was closed, oh but wait it gets better, then I pull up to the darn window andtwo employees are standing there mouthing to me that they are closed, didn't even have the decency to open the window andapologize for the inconvenience, they just shrugged and said we closed, I know this review won't change a darn thing but ifsomeone from corporate happens to be paying attention this is highly unacceptable, especially with this location closing 3 hoursearly there needs to be some kind of signage!!!!!! I came in at about 11:20, a customer had just received their food & sat down. As I walk up to counter a few workers looked at... me, didn?t say anything, & just kept working. I waited 5-7 mins for at least a ?Hey how are you, we?ll be with you in onesecond? & nothing? so I left. This is my 2nd time coming here for my lunch & this is my 2nd time having a problem here, I didntwanna wait any longer because my time is valuable. Food is good of course because its Churchs but customer service is severelylacking. Read more
