I don't know what happened to this location, but something is off. I use to be able to order my food from here and not double... check for anything because I knew it was all there. Lately, they've been missing critical things from my orders. I would order 2drinks and when I get to the window I only have one. They won't allow you to pay for a drink at the window. I also ordered asalad and got home to see that I had no dressing. Just ugh.... Read more
My family and I stopped at this chick-fil-a during our trip from Florida to Texas. I accidentally dropped my debit card and... while frantically looking for it a day later I called them and not only did they have it on location but they also shipped it tome the same day I called! The food was delicious as always but I?ll never forget how sweet they were in helping me by getting mycard back to me! Wish I could give more than 5 stars! I am beyond grateful! Read more
They had a line, but what made it easy was I downloaded the app and created an account. I ordered my food and paid for it on the... app. Made it to the front of the line, my order was in the system, drove up and my food was ready. Easy peasy. I love it! we had just finished playing a soccer game so while it was not our full team, it was a bigger group than the average family and... we came in like 10 min before closing time (something we didn't realize until after we started ordering). none of the employeeswere visibly upset (although I would definitely have understood if they were); everyone was still friendly and polite and wewere able to order and get our food in a very timely manner. they were great! I was just visiting for some lunch. When I pulled into the parking lot the drive through line was so long they had order takers... outside conducting the business. Inside the restaurant was very clean and neat. After placing my order I observed how there wereat least eight employees working together in the front as a team. This blew me away. There was no yelling, no name calling, noone was sitting around. Every one of the crew was actively working to get the orders out. I had an opportunity to speak with themanager who has been mentoring these young folks for twenty years. I commend her for the patience she has to persevere. Theseyoung people were remarkable. The service was quick and I would definitely go back to just relearn the kindness and patience ofworking in the service industry. This location deserves recognition for the leadership that is fueling the team. I will be backfor another chicken sandwich. Read more
Chick fil A is always so fresh and the staff is extremely friendly. They always provide the best customer service! The food is... always fresh and hot and ready to eat! Drive through is normally a long line but they get the line down fast. Read more
