I went through the drive thru to buy a gift certificate but did not order it at the speaker, instead ordered at the window. No... cars were before me or behind me. I was scolded by the drive thru worker for not ordering it at the speaker. So I?m thinkingreally what difference does it truly make? I proceeded to tell him that it was more convenient to me as the customer to order itat the window because it was raining hard and I did not want to get wet. He still proceeded to tell me it should have been doneat the speaker. So rude. I drove off and spent my hard earned money at Starbucks. Never going back here. Rude customer service. Read more

Staff here are saints with the abuse I've seen them have to put up with from entitled college kids. I've spent a ton of time... here working on research projects and never once been rushed. Great place is you want somewhere out of the office to work. Read more

By far my favorite coffee shop in Baton Rouge. I've been to other CC's locations and different starbucks locations around Baton... Rouge to study and get coffee. The employees at this one are so nice. They come to my table while I'm studying and ask if i needanything, they are always bright and happy at the drive thru, and they make consistently good coffee.
