Always makes for a happy trip. Mama gets her caffeine and kids get a sweet treat. Employees are always super friendly.

This particular location needs to update its wifi firmware. Not unusual to have connectivity issues and the access point on the... ceiling is usually blinking red. Otherwise, it?s clean, comfortable, and staffed adequately. Of course, the coffee and otherdrinks/food are great. Read more

Horrible customer service! Pulled up there a little after 9am and the lady on the speaker had an attitude ALREADY. Everytime I... spoke she cut me off with saying ?Anything else? it was really giving McDonald?s vibes at that point. Ordered my croissant andlatte and pulled to the window. Croissant was iced cold in the middle but hot on the outside as if it came straight from thefreezer and in to the oven. The drink was bitter to say it was supposed to be a frosted gingerbread iced latte that I had justhad at another location 2 days before and tasted nothing like it. Told her about the croissant and her response was we?ll put itin the oven and try again. So at this point the lady who was on the speaker came to the window held it with her finger tips andjust had it dangling in the air and not 1 time did she look at me apologize or anything. I took it and she slammed thewindow!!!! So I blew my horn told her I didn?t want it anymore and to give me my money back! Very rude, unprofessional and needscustomer service training bad!
