First off, the location of this place is great since it's surrounded by very aesthetic industrial architecture. In addition to... being visually pleasant, the food is splendid. Everything from their spicy cucumbers to ALL of their different flavors of ramenbroths are delicious. My personal favorite is the black garlic broth topped w/ a soft boiled egg. @phidingthefam Read more

I really liked the location. There was outdoor seating available. Our waiter wasn't super friendly or outgoing. It almost seemed... like he was kind of distracted putting sprite in our waters without noticing. The Ramen was ok. The broth was better thanothers I've had in BR but nothing special and my meat was mostly fat. Read more

This was my first visit and it was awesome. My server was super friendly, attentive, and fast. I did not have to wait long for... anything, maybe only 3 to 5 minutes for drink, appetizer, and meal. My Shrimp and tartar sauce was super tasty, the spicytonkotsu was AMAZING, and I tried a drink called a a grape soju (which is now a favorite). I will definitely be back andbringing friends. I accidentally left my Togo bowl at the table and the waitress had thrown it away. But the chef quickly mademe a replacement to take home. He did not HAVE to do that, but because he did, he has a new regular customer. Definitely a coolspot to come eat. Read more

What a wonderful way to spend the evening with my daughter before she goes back to college for the spring semester. We shared... the Blistering Shishitos starter. The peppers were mild with the blistered aspect adding a subtle flavor to the dish.Preparation was spot on but maybe a little too mild (bland?) for my taste. A touch more of the sea salt and a few dollops moreof the Aioli perhaps? My daughter is a vegetarian and enjoyed the Vegan Shoyu. She added a soft-boiled egg, and the yolk made agreat addition to the dish as a whole. She described it as perfectly blended with no one element overpowering another. My RougeRed Tonkotsu was listed as spicy but next time (and there will be a next time) I will seriously consider adding an extra spicycomponent. The balance of textures perfectly complimented the depth of flavor the chef developed...great dish, highlyrecommend. The service was fantastic with the staff very attentive. Everyone we saw was observing Covid protocols and we foundthe restaurant to be very clean, decor inviting and furniture comfortable. Should you visit, save room for a treat from theSweet Society right next door. Read more
