Just got back from Greece so really was craving a Gyro plate. Never the less the pita bread was tough, rubbery and hard to chew... obviously store bought and no taste. I actually got up to go to bathroom and came back and my dog stole a piece of the pita butit was so hard I had to play tug of war to get it back from her. Gyro was dry and looked reheated. Hummus was ok but just ok.Servers weren?t rude or weren?t pleasant more like how you treat someone waiting in line at Walmart. Like you get in line andthe person in front of you says hi out of obligation to not appear rude but really just rather be standing there in peace?.yeahlike that. I always get the combo plate whenever I eat here and it never fails to hit my craving. It's a great combo with rice, chicken,... gyro, pita bread, salad, hummus, and tzatziki. They're also quick with their order, probably because I always get the mostpopular thing on the menu but it's a good sign to me. Read more

The place was clean. It was not so crowded. I ordered take out and they prepared my order pretty soon. The portions are big.... I'd say 2 plates would be good for 3 average people. The quality of the food was great. The staff had mask on (except one whowas briefly in the area). So I would give them a pass on that front. The prices are reasonable considering the portion size. It's funny that the day I come to leave a review someone has JUST expressed similar views about the owner. My family and I... frequent Albasha Sherwood and Bluebonnet ALOT. We do not live in Baton Rouge so going there is out of the way. We order thesame thing, a combination spinach salad with no dressing, fried cheese and broiled salmon easy garlic. I ask for the salmoncooked medium. Today we received a regular salad and flavorless, overcooked salmon with plenty of garlic. Even the fried cheesewas overcooked. I called and the owner basically blamed me for not checking the food and implied that I did not order what Istated. His words were "what you order is what we make. " Obviously not. He didn't even apologize until I mentioned it. Hesaid if I bring the food back they'll replace the salmon only. No accountability on him or his employees for the mistakes. Nocustomer service. They just lost a customer and he legitimately does not care. *Update* We decided to high tail it back toAlbasha before they closed to return the food since mine wasn't edible.
