Nice easy check in. The lady at the front counter was extremely helpful and very friendly. The room was clean and very spacious.

We had a wonderful stay. Clean, quiet. Beds were comfortable. We left rested.

Room was decent and clean. No towels for pool and got a dirty look when asked for some. Staff wasnt friendly. Kids weren't... allowed to talk over a hushed voice in the pool because walls are paper thin and spa guests are priority. This was adisappointment as it was the only reason I booked this place, so they could have fun in the pool. Only got to stay in the poolfor about 15 mins. Men's change room was locked and lights off. Sauna wasn't on. Hot tub was empty. Breakfast was mediocre atbest. All around poor experience. And they will charge extra if they have to do dishes on top of a cleaning charge already. Room was clean, but very small. No chair, only the bed to sit on. Needed 2 remote control for the tv, only 1 in the room. They... brought me one later. Due to COVID, no pool, hot tub and no breakfast. Not their fault. Most places gives you a breakfast togo though. Left at 6:45 AM and snow removal was not done. Had to walk in ankle deep slush ice snow to the car. No staff atfront desk in the morning. When the owner finally showed up, I asked for my receipt. She told me she already gave me myreceipt as I checked in. I told her that I did not have it, but she continued to argue that she gave it to me. All I wantedwas a copy of my receipt. I think she was not happy that she had to get up. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Ifyou need to cancel your trip, you need to cancel 48 hrs before your stay or you will be charge for the room. Nice location thatneeds new owners ASAP. STAY AWAY from this place. Read more
