I like their pizza but don't like that every time I call I keep getting a busy signal and I called over a hour to try to get 3... pizza's ordered but had to go up there and place the order and when I was done ordering and was waiting another Customer camein and said they tryed to call to and nothing so she when to them to. My wife called in an order, and I picked it up after waiting 20 minutes past their promised time. They gave me the wrong... breadsticks that were unbaked and doughy, and shorted us on two orders of high-priced chicken wings. I've went to LittleCaesars for many years, but Batesville just ended that. Never again. Oh, yeah, the server was Gaby T. Really rude with asmart mouth on her. The entire front counter staff was more worried about their phones than they were customer service. Go toPig and buy a frozen pizza and breadsticks. Read more
They gave my food away. Then when I went in to see what was going on with my order I saw an employee messing with his nose and... not wearing gloves and then touched my cheese bread poking his finger in it after messing with hide nose. I will not be back. Read more
I placed an order online that was intended for Batesville AR and when I called the girl who answered refused to cancel the order... and hung up in my face, then refused to take another call from me deciding to hang up in my face instead! All I asked was thatthey cancel my order and this is the level of service I received! I'm disgusted that they are running so poor an establishmentthat this is how their employees treat customers! Hot and ready my butt. I always have to wait when I get here. Update: It's been over a year since I visited any of their... locations. I went a few nights ago and I must say I'm pleased. The staff working that night was very polite. I could see it wasnear closing time but a speciality pizza was put in the oven for me with no problem. Once we got the pizza I noticed thatsomething was different. I think they changed the recipe to the sauce which is a plus for me. That old sauce was nothitting. We got the stuff crust and it was really STUFFED. I ended up eating the crust with the marinara sauce meant for thecheese sticks. Will definitely be back sooner this time. Read more
