Typically you get good service there. Tonight Wednesday May 18,2022 around 7 pm my son and I went and it said "Named Certain... Girl" on the screen I on their way with your order. When 10 minutes after it saying that and no body came I pushed the buttonand told them that. They replied they are getting your order together. By then it was 15 minutes, got our food and it was cold!Not to happy ???? Read more
I live nearby and frequent this location. Service is always fast and friendly. As is typical these days, turnover among the... carhops is pretty high. I credit management with maintaining expectations - a lot of the new hires are gone in a week or twobecause they can?t keep up with the pace. Pretty much the best Sonic you?re likely to encounter. My husband ordered his food and because he didn?t put a tip by credit card the car hop looked at his ticket and put his food... down and took someone else food to them. When she delivered his food she basically threw the food at him. Sonic you justlost several customers. Read more
