I was there as part of a professional development program with Gilead. We were seated on the lower level. Our server was beyond... amazing. She was attentive and made recommendations for items on the menu. I got the Ribeye but my colleague took my be mistake.I got his NY strip with shrimp. I got the better deal. The steak was beyond mouth watering. It was cooked perfectly and wastender and seasoned just right. I order the Chicken Parmesan to go and will be eating that tomorrow for dinner. We came fromBuffalo and Rochester and the ~1 hour drive was definitely worth. I will recommend our next meeting be held her so long as weget the same quality service and food. Thank you!!! Read more
You HAVE to try The Venice pizza... Absolutely amazing. The flavors all work so very well together. The restaurant itself has a... nice atmosphere. The waitress we had? Uhm...she should definitely re-think her career choice given that she IS serving thepublic which means ALL people of different races and ethnicities. My husband said his fish fry was good, but was much smaller than you'd get other places. Only a handful of steak fries and a... condiment size container of slaw came with it. Food was ok.. when we placed our order my husband ordered a salad with French dressing and extra dressing on the side. When our... food arrived there was only 1 small cup of dressing, so he asked for the additional dressing he asked for. To which the waitressreplied "how about you start eating and I'll see how you are doing with your salad in a bit" and walked away. So in essence shetold my husband how he is going to eat the food he specifically asked to be a particular way (whether a lot of dressing is herway or not) and assumed we would be charged accordingly. So we didn't want anything free.. after 9 minutes she returned (we werethrough more than half of our meals. His salad was dry to his taste. My sandwich was soggy. But we ate and awaited her return.By which we asked to speak with the manager. The manager came over (who is also a waitress) we asked if it's customary for thewaitress to tell a customer how he will eat his meal and how much dressing and such he can have for his salad. She respondedthat no, they don't and she is sorry. One would think the waitress would then come and apologize for her service... but shedidn't. Simply took our money.. Read more
