Ordered the chicken wing combo. Wings were so hard that they were inedible. With that I ordered a lemonade and not sure what... the drink was, certainly not lemonade. The drink was down the drain quick. The only things I could eat was coleslaw andbiscuit. Never again! Read more
KFC is a hit or miss franchise. The inner city shops you usually get greasy chicken. More rural area shops like the one closest... to me (Batavia, NY) seem to have less grease and food is much fresher. When it's good, it's good but when it's bad it's supergreasy food. Read more
I went in today with my father for some dinner around 5:30. They were pretty behind, which happens so we weren?t upset at all.... They handled it all very well and were simply trying their best. There was a meat head customer who was swearing up and down anddid make my dinner quite unpleasant. He storms out calling the place ?r*tarded? and a lot of f bombs. He then comes back in andretrieves his kids and partner from the bathroom. Where they for sure could hear all of his nonsense. Stuff happens and I feelthat they handled the rush and the obnoxious man quite well. I?m writing this review mainly for the impatient people. Minimumwage workers don?t get paid enough to deal with screaming and yelling idiots who are only making it worse. You guys did a greatjob today. Read more

I don?t usually have a problem with this location but today I did. I went through the drive through, and I was asked to pull... ahead while my food was cooked. They brought out the wrong order twice. I was there probably half an hour just waiting. When itfinally arrived, my food was hot and delicious. And I will continue to go there. But since this has happened twice previously Iwill make sure to check my order before I leave! Read more
Given the wrong order. Waited 15 minutes for a new order to be made. After that the fish and chicken were well over cooked. The... hush puppies were squished and there was tartar sauce in the box and on some of the food. Will not come here again. Read more
Nasty looking shrimp. Saying they changed the oil but these definitely don?t look like they came out of new oil?Also doesn?t... give you replacement for if you don?t go back that night? My 90 yr old mom and I were here on a nice day from Buffalo ny to have the cashier give us the WRONG ORDER. Gas prices are to... high as is, too travel back to Batavia ny and still was refused to have my order corrected by the manager. I NEVER recommendthis restaurant to anyone in Buffalo ny or any other city for that matter. Read more
