I ordered a 6 piece nuggets and only got 3, then when I called to complain, they pretended to be unable to hear me
Poor poor management. Bathrooms were filthy dirty. No toilet paper. What hapoened with sanitary??... stood in line while the... manager ADRIANA. just glanced at me. Not acknowledging. Filling condiments .Still i waited patiently. I had to finally askifthere was any workers at the front counter. She rudly said kiosk. She could have mentioned when she saw me standing at thecashier for 5 min. She ignorened me Bad customer service. And she was the manager. Horrible manager. July 9th between 9-10 she wouldn't Honor the free birthday item for kids birthday she was super rude and very... unreason when we spent over $50 in food the least you can do is honor what every website says McDonald's does for childrenbirthday . Refused to fulfill order despite charging my credit card. I've been to this place countless times without a problem, until... now. I did the usual - used the app to set up the order, got in the drive-through line (which shortly after I joined the lineproceed to extend all the way around to the front of the store), my card got immediately charged when I gave them the order code(verified via CC app on my phone), and then when I got up to the first window they wanted my credit card again to "pay" for it. I refused since my card had already been charged. They refused to proceed. So I left. And now I just checked the charge thatwas posted and it was for almost twice the price it should have been. It appears that their system probably - somehow - allowedthem to charge someone else's order to my card. Now I will likely have a dispute to file with my credit card. Read more

Place looked like it was just looted. Broken screens, no napkins, trash all over counters/tables, food spilled on ground. ... Worst McDonald's I've ever seen. Read more
Mcdonalds on Smith and rt 64 (walmart parking area) is the best around with biggest play area for kids. They have some really... bad employees so I recommend going they drive thru from 7a to 11a and then going in to eat!
