Nice Thanksgiving buffet, however, only thing you get to drink is water? Servers passed our table several times, never refilled... water or removed plates.. no coffee available? Read more

In a word, disappointing. We went here for dinner on our anniversary. They had run out of the wine I requested. The salmon was... good but the veggies and pilaf were bland. They used too much of the asparagus stalk so pieces were very tough and chewy. Thewaitress didn?t come back to refill my water so I took my husband?s; he had to ask for water when she finally appeared. Shebrought a pitcher and filled his empty glass but didn?t bother filling my half full glass while she was there. First and lasttime visiting this establishment. Read more

My family was staying at a cabin near Bryce, and without many other options, we elected to have dinner here. The staff was... friendly and sat us near the window for a great view of the slopes. We all had the regular burger. It was a smash style burger, well cooked and seasoned. The lettuce and tomato were fresh and crisp and the buns were put on the grill and had a nice char tothem. Oddly, it doesn't come with any sauce or condiments, but when asked they provided an assortment of toppings and mayo. While we did order the regular burger, I feel there could have been more creativity in the menu with more options, a specialsauce version, sauteed onions and mushrooms, etc. There was also no drinks menu, so we just had soda, Pepsi productsunfortunately. It was also a bit expensive for what it is, but with few options close by, that's the price you pay. While I'mnot letting this affect my review, this is where things got a little interesting. When we got the bill I noticed that theburgers were $15 each when they should have been $14 each. I pulled up the menu on my phone and sure enough, we had been overcharged. The server was very apologetic and said there may have been either a typo in the menu or the computer and it would bebrought up promptly with the managers. She couldn't take money off the burgers in the computer, but she could take off 2 of oursodas, which was fair. The staff handled this well and were very understanding, though I wonder how many people had been overcharged. Overall, I wouldn't say it's a destination or I would go out of my way to eat here again, but if I was staying at theresort I would come back. I feel there is some wasted potential here, and with a few tweaks this could be a great spot. Read more

The staff was friendly and the restaurant was nice and clean when we picked up our takeout order. Unfortunately the food turned... out to be not so great. We ordered 3 Kettle burgers, all were missing either the onions or the tomato. The fries with the burgerwere all stale. The buffalos wings were decent. The spinach artichoke was also decent. Perhaps next time we will dine in and thefood will be better. Read more

I stayed at Bryce Resort for a month and went to Copper Kettle 4 times, eating only twice. First time I sat outside and ordered... a gluten free pizza. It took almost 30 minutes to get it and it was just not worth the wait. Weak overall flavor and the GFcrust was a dry disappointment. The next time was to order take out and it was a hassle. The hostess was confused with how helpme since there was some kind of member party going on. After she looked around a while she left to ask someone and came back afew minutes later saying she thinks I can order from the bar. The bar was crowded and I was seen but not acknowledged and after5-7 minutes I left. The next time I went for lunch and asked for an outside table and was told they are not seating outside. Iasked if I can sit by the window and they said yes only to ask me a few minutes later to move to the table behind me (away fromthe window), which I kindly did. I waited for sometime to be seen before finally leaving. The very last time I went was with adear friend who came to visit me and after a long day we decided to stay local despite my hesitation going here again. A moremature lady was at the hostess stand this time and asked how she could help us. We asked if there was a table outside available. She asked if we had a reservation and we did not (had no clue you needed one even after my 3rd visit). She began to lecture uson the need for a reservation and then went on to explain that she certainly cannot sit us outside because of rain in theforecast. It wasn?t raining then and didn?t rain at all that evening. But we could appreciate the caution and said weunderstood. She went on and gave us what felt like a lecture again on the weather and table umbrellas and then proceeded tolecture us some more about the need for a reservation. We nodded and kindly smiled several times showing our appreciation andcompassion for her rules as she continued talking to us like children. It was bizarre, and then I simply said t Read more
