DO NOT DOORDASH HERE they only make your food by the estimated time in the app, will make you wait until the very minute the... order is shown to be ready, even if you show up early, unlike EVERY other location... then they say it's due to beingshorthanded, well, I wonder why? Maybe their management needs to get it together and not take their problems out on thecustomers and drivers delivering... just a thought Read more

The food was fine. I arrived early for the estimated pickup, and it was already cold. However, the food poisoning was so, so... much worse. I don't know what it was, but it turned our guts inside out. I can promise you sadly we will not be visiting thislocation again, even on our first visit to have such an experience is awful. Read more
Worse experience. Our order was never delivered. When we contacted Wing stop the first time they told us to contact Door dash... and Uber eats. When we couldn't figure it out we contacted Wingstop again because they should have that information on who picksup the orders. Finding out it was doordash. We contacted door dash and was transfered to corporate in refunding us back. The guysaid we would see our refund in a couple of days. After contacting Corporate we contacted Wingstop and they told my husband thatthey would replace our order at no charge for the inconvenience. We decided to pick it up this time. It's been a couple of weeksand received a letter declining our refund because we received our order with pickup. Which we were told it was no charge DUE TOTHE INCONVENIENCE. The order we picked up they gave us at no charge the second time everything was wrong. But because of all theissues we didn't want to call them again due to them might messing with our order for the 3rd time out of spite. Verydisappointing with Wingstop in Bastrop. Read more
I got a notification TEN minutes after placing my order that my order was ?ready?. I get there and am helped by Kanyah who... waited a while to give me my receipt because she was very obviously texting. I then get home to hope and enjoy my meal when Itake a bite first piece under cooked. So I thought it was a one off bit another same thing, as I?m pulling the chicken apart youcan clearly tell it is not cooked. When I call back to the store I speak to the manager JENNIFER who in turned said very rudeand snappy ?our chicken is on a timer so not sure how it?s undercooked but okay? and chuckles. I?m not sure what?s funny aboutthat but whether it?s on a ?timer? or not that does not justify undercooked chicken. When I get to the store Jennifer becomesvery loud and rude after I made the comment ?I was hoping to give this place another chance? she states ?why come back? I surewouldn?t have? I?m not sure where you think it?s okay to treat customers that way who can get sick from undercooked chicken isvery horrible. Sad to have to leave a review like this. I used to enjoy wingstop. Placed order at 12:21 @ the bastdrop Wingstop. Ordered a 15 piece meal for two. 4 customers that came in after me received... their food before me. Went to counter to ask Mgr stated they ran out of chicken and filled 2 6 piece orders before mine. Waitedmore...the 2 other customers received there orders..we waited....and we waited after 41 minutes I Approached the counter againand for a refund. Mgr told me I had to wait until she was done. She the told me it takes 18 minutes to cook chicken. I asked herwhy was ours taking 41 minutes...she kept saying we ran out of chicken. I wish she would have just told me they misplaced myorder vs lie to me. Mgr is rude, and talks very loud and actually screamed at me when I asked for a refund. Don't eat here Read more
Don?t even bother to call this place, they never answer the phone. We have placed phone orders from many other Wingstops in the... Austin area and they answer right away. We have tried in 2-3 different occasions to order from the Bastrop location and theynever answer! We called multiple times. They literally only have one line and they can?t even keep up with it.
