Last two times I went here were completely horrible. Forgot the patties on my burger, put NO onions on my online order because... I'm allergic but both burgers had onions on them. They also lost my order last time and forced me to wait an hour while all thenew people showing up after my order was placed got their food right away while I sat. I was thinking this would be like any other whataburger off the block, but the employee named Brendan was such a great help that... he truly made my visit a great one. His customer service was astounding and he was very accommodating to my needs. I woulddefinitely recommend anyone to come visit this whataburger purely for excellent customer service. Read more

The team here are friendly, the food is pumped out quickly - yet made fresh and piping hot. The restaurant itself is greasy,... slippery, and overfilled trash bins. Not a terrible thing... but it was very noticeable. But - had a good time! Read more
