The store was really busy when I visited, but the staff was very courteous and I was greeted within seconds. They calmly... explained there was a small delay while fresh chicken was bring made. My order was to-go and I found it to be packaged perfectlywith the hots separated from the cold, and was packaged securely. Recently moved to Bastrop and this was my first visit (and only) to this KFC. I was waiting at the counter for a good 2 minutes... before an employee even acknowledged that I was there. She stated someone would be right with me, and then went and spoke with acustomer in the dining area. Upon her return, she walked right past me without any acknowledgement that I was still standingthere. I stood there for another 3 or so minutes before leaving the store. So far each time I've come here it's great. . The biscuits are awesome! There was no line, fries are good and the mac & cheese... with chicken nuggets bowl seems to have been great. The tenders were over cooked, not crispy at all and non of the meals come with a cookie any more, yet the prices continue to go... up. I didn?t bother to ask for new chicken bc everything in the hotboxes looked overdone as well.
