I've been to the Bastrop store 2 times in the last year. Each time I was charged more for each item than what was on the menu. ... This Jack in the Box in the Bastrop Area is the best location. The one off of 21 sucks. When I go here during lunch time the... food is always fresh and worth the wait. Why have hours if your not open during those hours on multiple occasions I have attempted to order food between 10pm-12am. And... no one answer the machine. Today there was even someone inside and they just didn?t take the order. Like what?s the point ofputting 24 hr drive through if that isn?t what the store is actually open. Read more
Horrible! Unfortunately that night 9/30/22 the sauce didn't quite taste right on my burger and Sprite taste like dish wash... water. Needless to say, I was sick after the meal throwing up all night and after a week still not feeling well. Yes went todoctor got meds to help with recovery. Read more
I really don?t like the 2 cooks. They always put 1 piece of bacon in my ultimate bacon burger. They get mad if you bring the... food back and complain about it. And the cooks start cackling in Spanish us for complaining. And it happens quite a bit.However, the evening crew is great! Always friendly and smiling, they don?t talk about the customers in Spanish. And theyhaven?t gotten my order wrong once. And if they did, they don?t seem like the type to get upset about you bringing it back. Theyjust fix it. First shift cooks need retraining. Read more
Food was delicious as always. They need to work on the service at the drive-thru it was not good. We had to ask for straws for... our 2 drinks, they gave us 1 when we asked for straws, didn't give you napkins or utensils to eat your Teriyaki Bowl. It's kindof hard to eat rice without utensils. They did not give us sauce for our egg rolls. My husband had to drive back and go insideto get what we should have received to begin with. Read more
So much for customer service!!! On 11/28/22 @ 12:30pm We ordered in the drive thru line, after paying at the window, the guy... asked us to pull around to the front to wait for our food, so we did. When the lady working the front lobby counter came andbrought us our food we asked for jelly and napkins, she rudely stated "im not coming back out here, the guy at the window askedyou. You can come inside or go back around the drive thru to ask." The guy at the window never asked us, but I did go backinside to grab what I needed since customer service isn't expected at this location. She was still very rude at the counter!!! Ihave never heard of a customer service employee saying they will not help! I hope this location will train her to be better atcustomer service! Read more
