I was In the mood for chicken crispers today and decided to give this location another try after 2 not so great experiences last... year. Apparently happy hour only works for the bar lounge area?? Makes no sense, especially when 2 people are taking up an 8 person... table. There was no room for us over there because it was "full" so we had to sit in the main restaurant. Then they gave a 6person table to a brand new waitress. And to top it off, no one knew what channel (number) NBC was. I had to show them how touse their own TVs. Never going back. Read more
Went in for dinner on a Saturday, no wait time! Went straight to sit my whole family down. Waiters have been attentive, people... giving out the food are quick, they gave out the drinks while waitress was still taking our order?talk about quick! The place in all was fine. The staff is very friendly and accommodating to your needs. The building is pretty dark on one side... near the bar, but the dinning room is well lit. It was very humid, so they could work on temperature control. When I received mymeal, I was pleased with the the taste of the steak. The asparagus was not cooked, maybe blanched. It was very crunchy andlacked flavor. They dusted it with salt, but it would be better cooked longer. The shrimp I got was not cooked all the way. Iwas able to eat most of the pieces, but one was still dark and I was too afraid to consume it. I mentioned it to the waitressand she was very kind. They have really good $5 monthly Margaritas. Good atmosphere, good food, amazing service, food was a bit slow. Have been to this Chili's a few times and the wait staff are... always top tier. Food is classic chili's, pretty good, and at just the right price point. The food is not fine dining, and it isa louder happier vibe, so don't come in expecting anything else. My family and I are regulars at this local Chili's. We normally do to go orders so my review/ rating will be of both dine in and... to go. (TO GO) We really love the convenience of being able to do mobile orders, and normally our food comes out quick with noissues or hiccups. Occasionally we are waiting for our orders way too long(10-15 minutes past scheduled time). We've also hadsome really thrown together meals, or unfresh food doing to go. Be sure to check your food before you leave! My biggestcomplaint however would be the inconsistency of how my orders are plated! It seems that it depends on the time of day, staffmember or maybe the weather, but I don't get the same quality or level of care even if its the exact same meal. Our dine inexperience is a lot better. On our most recent visit we were told there was a 20 minute wait, no problem. However as we sat for30 minutes waiting, we saw people who had come after us(we watched them park while we were waiting) be seated before us. Weordered a smokehouse combo and the burger bites kid's meal for our little one. The food was delicious and fresh, my onlycomplaint is that it wasn't hot when it came to us. The corn on the cob that came out on our plate was very burnt. We politelyasked for another one, and the manager himself came and brought the replacement. He is a very nice guy. Our waitress was verynice and attentive as well. Her positive attitude definitely set the tone for a nice time. Worst dining experience ever! Ordered fajitas without any meat as my husband and I are vegetarians along with a pasta with... mushrooms added in it. After a good long wait the fajitas were served but WITH SHRIMPS in it. I asked the server to replace thedish and the manager came and told us that it?s a common thing to happen and she would ?re-plate? it; we thought we heardsomething wrong and she would replace it but she actually only re-plated the dish and served it back to us. We didn?t want tobother them much so we decided to ignore the fajitas and only eat the pasta. Then pasta came but without any mushrooms in it.So we asked the server again. Then again the manager came and said I could bring mushrooms (absolutely no apologies were madefor anything till now), then she comes back with a bowl of sautéed mushrooms with meat pieces in it. We again called her andpolitely asked her to give us a new bowl of mushrooms but she said that it?s not meat as she did it herself and wentaway. Again, NO APOLOGIES given whatsoever! We didn?t eat our food, we weren?t attended to properly, but the bill came in timewith no way of making it up to us. As a result of which we did not tip and just came out. Extremely poor customer service for arestaurant of that size. Wouldn?t like to go back, especially to this location. Read more
