Bathrooms were filthy, restaurant was dirty. The help didn't want to help you. I was asked at the counter ( whatcha want) NEVER... a thank you. It will be a cold day in hell before I go back to a McDonald's. I ordered my wife a ice cream cone and later foundout the machine was down. They had the audacity to say they couldn't return my money...NO KIDDING! She then called the managershe said they DON'T return your money if you purchase your food online. I didn't! I did finally get my money back (cash) I paidwith a card. If I owned this McDonald's I would fire at least most of the people that work there. Shame on you McDonald's andshame on you franchisee.
