Have been following this little pizza truck around Central NJ for the past couple of months after first trying their pizzas at... Dogwood Farms in Basking Ridge. While the pizzas are small (and a tad pricey), I?d say they?re worth every cent. Testo primarilyoperates on weekends, with hours and locations posted on their website and their Instagram (@testo.pizza). Testo aims for thehighest of quality, locally sourced ingredients whenever possible. Therefore, pizza toppings and specialties vary weekly basedon seasonal availability. I frequent their Margherita pie, but also tried one of their sweet corn and bacon specialties back inthe summer. Specialty combinations are unique and deliciously paired. Pizzas only take about 10 minutes to cook and are alwayscooked to perfection. The crust is light, great sauce to cheese ratio (they also offer vegan cheese!!), and fresh basil to topit all off. Would keep an eye out for Testo in the area and also would recommend for private events- they?re definitely a crowdpleaser! Read more
