Pleasantly surprised ! I ordered a BLT and milkshake and couldn?t have enjoyed it more! The BLT was filled with lettuce and... tomato and just the right amount of bacon. The shake was excellent - better meal than shake shack or others of the like - byfar. Definitely will be back ! Read more
The food is very good, but the teenage girls working the register are horrendous. I?ve never once seen an adult here and it... clearly shows in their customer service. Every time I go in here there?s a bunch of girls sitting around (on the countertops?gross) doing absolutely nothing. If you eat here, triple check your order before leaving the restaurant. Read more

It?s mixed feeling?my first time here was good with two veg burgers and fries?reasonably priced?but second time I felt like I... was blind-sided. I didn?t check order until I got home and both grilled chicken burgers were kid size ?but full price and extracharge for slice cheese?????.but what I got was 2 mini burgers with no sauce or cheese in it ..and I still don?t understand howI ended up with $16.5! Was in the area dropping off a feathered friend at Raptor Trust. Craving Smash burger. I pulled up directions but saw Bella's... nearby so thought I'd try it. Great fries, thinner than five guys and nicely salted. I should have grabbed a fork as I could notshovel them in fast enough by hand! Burger on point also. I do think the potato bun is a cop out though. My opinion isrestaurants use these because they stay fresh longer. No substitute for a brioche though. Jones soda fountain flavor selection anice touch. The last order we had was confusing and poorly made... I ordered cheeseburger with bacon, mayo and relish... The one I had had... no bacon, lettuce, mayo and mustard...plus the top bun was torn in half... If you want to do it right, make sure it's exactlywhat I ordered!
