We had lunch during our stay at El Jebel. Beware of the spice level we usually give spice level 6-7 in Thai or other asian... cusines and we could tolerate the spice but here even the spice level 5 is spicy so check twice before ordering. Thai Fried ricewas okayish, not the best one because it?s the safest option during trips but still it was just okay. Wor Wonton: Spice lvl 7was so spucy couldnt enjoy the taste. Our bad though! This place is awesome! My girlfriend and I love all types of Asian cuisine especially pho and ramen. We started off with the... rangoons and they are served with a delicious spicy mustard and a sweet dipping sauce. Both paired so well with the appetizer.For our entrees we got the pho and tonkatsu ramen. The pho had a buttery, smooth and rich broth and everything inside it was sogood! Meat cut thin and a TON of noodles. Now the ramen had thick cuts of fried pork, oodles of noodles and an amazing creamybroth that was just soooooo good. This is some of if not THE best we had ever had. The water they serve is so pure tasting too Idon't know what it is. We had an excellent young man serve us, his name was either A.D. or something that sounded like that buthe was a complete gentleman and an absolute professional. He made us feel welcomed and like we had always been friends. Thecompany is very lucky to have this young man as an employee. 11/10 service, food, and experience. We will be back.
