Says they are open at 9am. NOT. Employee sitting ing her car at the entrance directing people tobthe drive thru. Order at the... drive thru and they say to pull up at the entrance to wait. Took the kid 3 trips because of missing items. Why doesn't the ladysitting in her car just open the register and open on the advertised time? That is the state of business in 2022. No one cares. Fast food can get a bad rap, but I enjoy this chain for a quick meal that is something different than the usual burgers or... chicken and fries. My go-to is the cheesy gordita crunch. Their fire sauce is just the right amount of hay heat to add somekick. The Bartow location is usually pretty quick and not stingy with the meat, and I have always had friendly service. Read more

Horrible! Lazy, slow workers! rude customer service. We paid $33 for this tacos. They gave us the wrong order. we ordered 7... tacos they gave us only 6. we came back to fix and get our order fix. this what they gave me. theres not much meat and its ahard, stale tacos. Read more
2 chicken tacos, 1 barely had any chicken in it, I had to see if there was chicken in the taco. The 'beef' burrito barely had... any beef. I thought I was given a bean burrito instead, but then got to a little meat, halfway down the burrito. Very fewingredients in the burrito itself. Placed an order on the app and it was set for delivery. When it arrived all I got was 3 drinks which where NOT even mine. We... call numerous of times and NO answer. We have reached out to corporate and yet to hear from them also. We are out of $30. I willnever order from this location again in the future. Read more
