When they gave me my food she over stuffed the bag you couldn't even close it or even pull the sides together for that matter... and then when I asked them to put the french fries and a separate bag the manager through the french fries in the separate bagthe two large fries were completely all their sides and it was fries all at the bottom of my bag so I politely went went insideand I unpolitely told them they can fix me another set of fresh fries put them in the bag politely the manager going to walk herslow self over there and get me the number to corporate off one of their cups as if I didn't know that her corporate numberstore number is on that receipt ???? and I did call corporate and I left a complaint Read more

I have to say that my opinion of McDonald's is not very favorable, at least in South Florida area. This places are always... visited by drugheads and homeless people... This one was the exception, the cashier was professional, friendly, received uscordially and even joked when my wife paid the bill. I do not remember her name, but the attention was five stars. Nicebreakfast, clean restaurant including restrooms. I recommend it. Read more
He ordered 2 Big Macs, fry and 2 pies. He specifically asked for fresh fries and they were not, greasy and cold. I don't know... what they did to the burger but I was up sick all night and most of the morning, dreadfully so. Read more

I am an Uber Eats Driver. McDonald's allows pick-up via drive thru (usually quicker). Bartow had me pull into drive thru spot 2... and I waited 25 minutes before going in. They cleared the drive thru several times, and served 2 other mobile order cars. I eventried to ask one of the people taking those out, but she looked right at me inside my car and then walked away as soon as I saidUber. This staff was extremely rude all around. Clean and friendly? as soon as I walked in I was impressed to see how clean the places looked for been a Mc Donald?s. I was... mostly impressed with the bathroom. Today is a rainy Saturday afternoon, so I assumed the person which never stopped mappingwhile I was there to make sure none there was no accident. Was the person that also kept the bathrooms and dinning roomcleaned. I had to say ?thank you for such a great job?. For which she replied with a ?thank you? and a beautiful smile.Sometimes we undermine those that maintain a location clean for every one to enjoy and they do it with pride.
