Usually pretty great sometimes they forget things if you don't double check. Food is ready crazy fast too
Went thru the drive through and ordered an 8 piece meal dark with mashed potatoes and corn. The chicken was dry, hard and bland... the corn looked and tasted freezer burnt. The biscuits were dry and the mashed potatoes flavorless. I spent 30.00 on thismeal after just tasting it, it all went in the trash. The 3 pc tender dinner I got was not worth the 8 dollars I paid. The tenders you cannot call them tenders tenders flat little... pieces of chicken no ice for your drink, the biscuit was hard, and the French fries way to salty. Next time I will go toZaxby's. Read more
This place deserves a ZERO rating. Ordered online and it was 25 minutes late which for a fast food place is absurd. Then they... told me they wouldn?t have any original chicken for 20 minutes. I substituted crispy because I only had to wait 10 minutes forthat. I watched the drive thru and those cars all got their food in 10 minutes. Here I ordered online and they beat me by amile! Four groups inside left because no one even took their order or acknowledged them. I was told the short lady working wasthe manager. FIRE HER / she is truly running your business in the ground.
