Ordered lite sauce. Got heavy sauce. Called within two minutes of the driver leaving. I was told that instead of making the... person who wouldn't eat it hungry, we had to send back the entirety of the order. They offered the helpful suggestion of noteating pizza and drive it the 20 minutes round trip instead to get a refund. One part of your order being wrong apparentlynecessitates giving up all of it for a partial refund. Read more
Just ordered a thin & crispy pizza with onions, tomatoes and spinach. Said on website 17 minute wait time. I was there in 20... minutes, I live 5 minutes from this location and 1st time ordering here. . . I picked up my pizza got home and the pizza wasdried out and ice cold BUT the tomatoes and spinach wasn't even cooked on it! Also the onions were left off???? I order from this Domino?s probably once a week and the delivery people are fantastic. The ?management ? is a joke. I ordered... last week an item that I didn?t receive so I called them and spoke to someone who completely threw the delivery driver under thebus (so unprofessional) and said he could bring it out since he messed up or they can add it to my account for a future order. Idecided to go with add it to a future order. I placed an order yesterday and when the ?manager? answered the phone you couldalready tell she hates her job. But I asked her if she could add it to my order and she looked up my account and stated therewas not a note on my account and if I couldn?t give her the name of the manager I spoke to then I am then there is nothing shecould do for me. I again explained to her that I paid for it last week and she did not listen nor care, talked over me and toldme there was nothing she could do for me. I asked her what her name was and she told me legally she did not have to tell me andif I had a problem I could call 1800Dominos and the store # was 3117. After reading other reviews from this store I think hername is destiny. There is no customer service at this store period. I think they need to reconsider how they choose theirmanagement, it?s embarrassing honestly. I am more than happy to give another business my money. So Dominos is losing a customerthat would place orders every week and tipped 20% every time over a $6 Parmesan bites. Way to go. ???????? Read more
Terrible experience! Don?t waste your time or money at this Dominos! I ordered pizza and something was bad, The peppers or... something on the pizza tasted foul. I literally had to spit it out and throw the pizza away. I called and spoke to the manager, Destiny who refused to replace the pizza. She said she couldn?t do anything for me! I like Domino's Pizza but this store in particular gives them a very bad name. I've ordered from them a few times because I live... very close by. Every time I order extra cheese I DO NOT get it. And I order extra cheese because they are so cheap on theircheese that you can see more sauce than cheese, and I was the same thing when I ordered extra cheese. Not to mention that onefemale in particular that calls herself the "manager" is extremely rude and incompetent and should not be manager. Not tomention that they have screwed up our order several times. Probably the worst experience we've ever had with any Domino's Pizzaanywhere. Read more
The assistant manager was super excellent, kind and professional. The entire team was wonderful, Mike took my order and they... really made me a great pizza pie! That's all that was left.
