Waited 20 mins for food for the cashier to ask to move forward out of the drive through. I said ?it has already been 20 mins is... it not ready?? The cashier then stated ?would you like a refund? very rudely. This is not how you talk to your customers.Especially when I have already waited quite some time. It wouldve been nice if the died blond hair customer service worker wouldve refilled the ketchup dispenser..looked like it... wouldve only took 5 mins to change out the bag..i had to use 20 little packs by the time i got done eating my large fries..i doeat/buy a lot from this pilot store...just saying????
