We're traveling and stopped at this Arby's, conveniently located at intersection of hwy 60 and hwy 17. Jose was awesome! We... were greeted with, "Welcome to Arby's." Then, he made sure we found the most delicious menu items. The place was decorated forHalloween. The rustic wood design was nice. He suggested the macaroni cheese balls were quite good. It's a bit pricey butwith good food and folks like Jose representing you, it's worth it. We'll be back. Read more
Wasn?t too late in the evening, seemed short staffed but the staff seemed to be closing before store hours. Food was incorrect... even when repeated several times. Some hard substance was at the bottom of my small chocolate shake and seemed almost plastic.No straws, forgot the au juis for a French dip we ordered?just horrible experience overall. Read more
Pulled directly up to drive through speaker, no line and it did not appear busy (around 3pm), was told someone would be with me... momentarily. Waited for quite some time (at least 5 minutes) and finally was able to order a beef & cheddar combo. Drink wasfine, curly fries were cooked well, opened up sandwich to find a plain roast beef, no sauce or cheese, sesame seed bun.... Verydisappointing, used to be one of my preferred locations. walked in and was told "the lobby is closed" this was at 5:30 p.m. on a Saturday. Then i said ok can I just order a takeout? I... was told no you have to go through the drive through....which boggled my mind. I have to leave the lobby get in my truck drivethrough and order and they hand me a bag of food...or I can order where I'm standing at the register...and they hand me a bag offood. so I went to the drive through one car in front of me. I pull up and get the be with you shortly...wait 5 mins no onecomes back. I back up and leave and go somewhere else. there are under staffing issues and there is incompetence. here it isthe latter. 6 employees standing outside restaurant talking and cutting up. Did not feel welcomed at all. Order 6 count chicken nuggets and... got 4, no sweet tea but plenty of fellowship time. Wonder why the place is empty!!! Oh BTW over cooked roast beef sandwich.Arby's I live in Bartow and visit you store regularly however you have issue that will need to be fixed before I return. Food was good and place was clean but this worker needs a uniform etiquette lesson. She did her job and was friendly, but the... pants hanging down was a put off and disrespectful. Just because you see belt doesn't mean that they have it tightened. This wason purpose. Read more
