The food was nasty. Nothing was cooked right or it was so burnt u couldn?t eat it. I will never order food from them again. They... couldn?t even give me the right food. This was my second time going to this location. First time wasn?t the best but figured I?d give it another try because the... location in Southaven, MS always had good food and it was clean! So today, I ordered a turkey burger with pepper Jack cheese,lettuce, tomato, grilled onions, mayo and mustard, only to receive 3 breakfast turkey sausages, no cheese or onions! Placedorder online and still had to wait 20 mins to get the food! The floor is so sticky and nasty, obviously haven?t been moppedsince opening. How is your dining area floor so filthy?! I also ordered wimpy burgers for my sons with no onions and they wereloaded with onions! This place is a dump and will never go back! Shut it down or get new management. Read more
This burger ???? was delicious (make sure you get grilled onions) and to me the fries make this just as good as 5guys burgers... and fries ???? plus it's affordable no more than $10 to $12 combos (depending on what you add) Read more
Went for the FlyerBurgerWeek burger and some fries. Was rung up for a combo. Didn't feel like having her correct it so I just... went with it. Walking in, the floor is nasty and sticky. They should absolutely do something about it. The burger took awhile to get made which I didn't mind. The burger, bun and fries were super greasy. The fries were soggy and didn't have goodflavor. The burger tasted like cheese. Couldn't taste any seasoning or condiments. Looked nothing like what was advertised. Iprobably won't visit again. Good burger, the draw to this place is definitely the selection of toppings. Fresh lettuce, grilled onions or pineapple,... jalapenos, and many more items to chose from that are free. Cheese is an additional .79 cents though, and they'll ask you rightaway what kind of cheese you want (the menu board is clear about that). Battered fries are good, and the salad was fine also. I watched one employee sanitize and clean while we were there so that's good! Read more
Love Whimpy's and love love that they are in Bartlett now. Awesome greasy burgers that just make you feel good. Been going... since they opened their first location in Southaven. Read more
