Ordered a son of baconator combo. Got home burger was PINK in the middle and fries tasted like they had been under the heat lamp... for at least 2 hours. Went to replace my meal with chicken nuggets because God forbid I give them another chance to give me foodpoisoning I get home the nuggets are cold and spicy nuggets on top of that..... Very slow as usual. Once we paid we had to stay at that window til our food was ready. We ordered two large fries and we sat... at the pay window for several minutes. Once we were approved to advance I asked for salt and they were out. All Wendy?srestaurants in the bartlett area are slow and have terrible customer service. Shame on the owners. Read more
Drive thru is a little slow but the service provided at the time was a good experience...after ordering we did not have to wait... long for our food and it was fresh and correct. Only rating 4 stars because of the wait we had to place our order once thevehicles in front of us moved forward...does not seem like the workers can multi-task but that's my only negative remark on them Read more
Consistently a 50/50 if they get the contents of your order right and they mess up the size of your order roughly 80% of the... time. Very very slow and make you wait 15-20mins (apparently a new trend with Wendy's as a whole) when they switch frombreakfast too lunch. Read more
