It's almost like a hole in the wall place. The restaurant is relatively small, but they make the most of it. Nothing... impressive when it comes to looks of the place, but it's clean. The employees are extremely nice, and the cashier when I wentwas going the extra mile trying to take the orders for my group while also trying to take a big order over the phone. She wastrying to provide excellent customer service to both my group and the phone customer, and I believe she did just that. The cookwas quick and even made multiple special orders with no errors. While I wouldn't say it's the best bbq I've ever had, it'sdefinitely very good, and my group plans to go back. The cashier invited us to hold all our monthly meetups there as we wereheaded out. Boy it LOOKS delicious! But... very bland flavor & DRY with a capital D-R-Y.... make sure you get a large drink so you don't... choke to death. I got it to go (a paper liner inside the Styrofoam clamshell would have went a long way with the presentation).The pork was extremely dry with almost no flavor, the slaw on the sandwich no flavor, and the beans had toooo much flavor, likethey mixed in a whole bottle of hot sauce or something, way overboard & not a good flavor for beans IMO, I only ate a few bites.It was disappointing. I have eaten here several times before and it never disappoints. The barbecue nachos or a favorite of mine, Although the rib... tips are very good as well. I love their sauce. My only complaint is that I always get to fool and never have Room for dessert! If you are in the area I would most definitely recommend stopping by. They have great food made with lots of love and skill.. They have the best chicken tenders I?ve ever had and their homemade... honey mustard is great. I?ve heard they have amazing cakes too which I haven?t tried yet but I?m sure it?s true. Read more
